Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the merchandise back into its original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
